What we keep

When you book, or ask for a consultation, we keep your name, email address, phone number, the treatment, the date and time, and anything you write in the form. If the treatment needs a consent form, we keep what you agreed to and the name you signed with.

Payments

Deposits and other online payments are taken by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. We keep whether a payment was received, and the amount.

Why we keep it

We use these details to arrange your appointment, take a deposit, send confirmation and reminder emails, and carry out the treatment safely.

How long

We keep appointment and consent records for as long as the clinic needs them, including if you come back for another treatment.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your details. Email is sent through our email service so the message can reach you. Card payments are handled by Stripe.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are allowed to. Call the clinic or email hello@nudeskinclinic.co.uk.
